Whacky is a Scottish Terrier, the pet of Haggis MacHaggis and co-star on his TV show, The Scotsman, as Haggis' stooge. Haggis abused Wacky by bonking him in the head, especially on TV. This caused him to despise his owner a lot and seek revenge for all of the bonking/torture he was forced to endure.
