Tom Owens

Tom Owens was a layout supervisor and one-time director of The Ren and Stimpy Show. He is mostly known for doing work on several Dreamworks films like The Road to El Dorado, Shark Tale, Madagascar and Over the Hedge, as well as VeggieTales.
