Tinker Galoot is a character who appears in the episode "Jimminy Lummox". He acts as Jimminy's conscience, and hits him every time he does something that can be considered mean. He appears to be a Lummox in a Tinker Bell outfit. Much like Kowalski, he shouts "Meat!" multiple times, indicating they might be related.
