Stinky Whizzleteats is the Ren and Stimpy version of Santa Claus. It's implied that he is an alcoholic. He lives in a motel room at the West Pole Motel. He also wrote "Happy Happy, Joy Joy!", which is Stimpy's favorite song.

- In the script of the episode "Stimpy's Invention", Stinky Whizzleteats is named Burl Ives.
- Whizzleteats' singing style is a parody of Ives', recreating some of his crusty dialogue from The Big Country and Summer Magic. References to Burl Ives's songs and movie quotes are sprinkled through the song "Happy Happy Joy Joy!", giving it a memorable and surreal air.
- The character was originally voiced by John K. himself. After he was fired, Bob Camp voiced him.
- His surname is a reference to the episode "The Littlest Giant" in which Ren's cow had "wizzled teats."
- Stimpy's fart son in Son of Stimpy is also named "Stinky".
- Stinky Whizzleteats happened to be the narrator in this episode as well.
