"Screentime" is the first half of the second episode of Ren & Stimpy (reboot).
Summary[]
Ren gives Stimpy a smartphone, just to distract him, although Stimpy becomes so obsessed with the phone to the point of becoming consumed by said phone, until Ren decides to step in.
