The Little Girl is the first owner of Ren and Stimpy. In "Big House Blues", she noticed Ren as a cute little poodle because he was covered in hair balls. When she took Ren, Stimpy missed him. Ren told her that she couldn't take himself unless she brought Stimpy too.
