The Little Girl is the first owner of Ren and Stimpy. In "Big House Blues", she noticed Ren as a cute little poodle because he was covered in hair balls after Stimpy accidentally coughs them up at him. When she took Ren, Stimpy missed him. Ren told her that she couldn't take him unless she brought Stimpy along too, which she agrees and got two pets.
She reappeared in "Hard Times for Haggis" with blonde hair as a Ren & Stimpy fan girl asking Stimpy for his autograph.
