Haggis is shown to be a rich scottish man who created, written, directed, produced, arranged, and composed his own cartoon and starred as television personality called The Scotsman. He is also shown to be short-tempered, psycho, revengeful, crazy, and self-centered. Haggis calls himself the "King of Cartoons. And after he tried to get back Ren and Stimpy, he cries until the end of the Hard Times for Haggis episode.
