Haggis MacHaggis

Haggis MacHaggis is a short scotsman who was once a star of his own cartoon, until Ren & Stimpy's own cartoon took him off the air. He is voiced Alan Young of DuckTales fame.

Personality

Haggis is shown to be a rich scottish man who created, written, directed, produced, arranged, and composed his own cartoon and starred as a television personality called The Scotsman. He is also shown to be short-tempered, psycho, revengeful, crazy, and self-centered. Haggis calls himself the "King of Cartoons". And after he tried to get back Ren and Stimpy, he along with ren and stimpy get kicked out of the T.V. studio and tries not to cry at the end of  Hard Times for Haggis.
