Craig Michael Bartlett (born October 18, 1956) is an American animator best known for writing for Rugrats and creating the television series Hey Arnold!, Dinosaur Train, Ready, Jet Go!, and the failed pilot for CN, Party Wagon. He also voiced various recurring characters in Hey Arnold!. He directed a few episodes of The Ren & Stimpy Show before Hey Arnold! got green-lit.

- He was born on October 18, 1956, in Seattle, Washington to Glen Bartlett (1931-2010), and a mother whose maiden name was Sellers. His maternal grandmother was Helen Sellers, born in 1912, and died sometime before the 2010s. He attended Evergreen State College, and originally took up a career as an artist.

- He is the brother-in-law of Matt Groening, the creator of The Simpsons and Futurama, and was once married to Matt’s sister, Lisa, but has divorced her.
