"Blazing Entrails" is the fourth episode of Season 4.
Plot
Ren takes Stimpy to Dr. Brainchild when he starts acting dumber than usual, so once Dr. Brainchild makes Stimpy's body five times his size, Ren has to go inside Stimpy to save him from an organ bully beating up his brain (But not before getting beaten up himself).
